The study, design, injection, and testing are carried out at the headquarters in Bovolenta (PD). At the two production sites of PANTHER ALBANIA sh.p.k in Vlora and Burrel, we produce the uppers, with every production phase occurring under the supervision of our specialized internal technical references. In 2024, the previous injection machine was replaced with a DESMA 24-station system, as part of an update of the production equipment. The system allows, for specific applications, the use of a defined proportion of PU production scrap in granulated form in the sole injection process, in accordance with controlled technical parameters.
The quality control is performed at the end of each production process and the continuous contact with local and international certification institutes ensure the highest standards of certification.
