Today Panther, which employs around 300 people, invests in the research of increasingly sophisticated technologies and latest generation materials, very attentive to environmental protection; represented worldwide with the brands ABOUTBLU for safety shoes and PANTHER TACTICAL for the military market
The study, design, injection, and testing are carried out at the headquarters in Bovolenta (PD). At the two production sites of PANTHER ALBANIA sh.p.k in Vlora and Burrel, we produce the uppers, with every production phase occurring under the supervision of our specialized internal technical references.
In 2024, the previous injection machine was replaced with a DESMA 24-station system, as part of an update of the production equipment. The system allows, for specific applications, the use of a defined proportion of PU production scrap in granulated form in the sole injection process, in accordance with controlled technical parameters.
